Almond Salmon Spread bagel Chips 3/4 cup toasted almonds, chopped fine
7 3/4 oz. Red Salmon, drained and flaked*
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 or 2 drops liquid smoke (optional)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 bags plain bagel chips (from deli department of grocer)
*(Same amount of poached fresh Salmon can be used). Combine all ingredients, except bagel chips and mix well. Cover and chill overnight. Shape into a ball. Decorate with peppers and almonds.
