Baked Salmon A La Mayonnaise

Small to medium Salmon or Steelhead
Spices desired*

*Any or all of the following: Lemon pepper Garlic powder Seafood seasoning Onion powder

Clean and cut fish into 4 pieces with skin on. Sprinkle fish with desired spices. Spread a layer, thick or thin, of mayonnaise on each piece of fish. Take care to cover entire flesh on each piece. Place on large pan or 2 smaller pans lined with foil.

Place pan(s) in preheated 450 degree oven and bake small thin pieces 15-20 minutes, larger thicker pieces 25-30 minutes, or until mayonnaise is nicely browned and fish flakes easily.
