Baked Salmon Steaks

2 cups onion, minced
4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup parsley, minced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Salmon Steaks, 1 1/2" thick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute onion in butter in a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes until golden brown and limp. Mix in parsley and lemon juice. Sprinkle Steaks with salt and pepper. Place in shallow roasting pan. Spread onion mixture on top of each steak. Cover pan snugly with foil. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes. Then uncover and bake 15 - 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
