Bows With Smoked Salmon Sauce

1 lb. bow tie pasta or rotini (don't use Mueller's bow ties)
1/4 lb. Smoked Salmon
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper for seasoning

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, place Salmon in blender with the cream and blend. Season with salt and pepper (taste, you might want to add more smoked Salmon or want to make it smoother by adding a little milk).

Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Not only is this delicious, but very easy. Minimum amount of time in kitchen; great for company. Very sophisticated.

Serves 4-6
