Peas and Salmon Loaf

2 cn Salmon,drained(15.5oz ea)
2 Eggs,beaten
1 tb Onion,chopped
2 ts Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Cracker crumbs,fine
1 cn Peas,drained(8.5oz)
1/4 c Tomato catsup


Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs. Carefully fold in peas. Pack into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350'F. oven 30 minutes. Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 minutes longer.
