Smoked Salmon with Horseradish Spread

4 tb Butter; room temp
4 tb Cream cheese; room temp
1 tb Horseradish; drained
2 Cucumbers
6 oz Smoked salmon
Rye bread; thin sliced


Combine butter, cream cheese and horseradish until smooth. Score cucumbers with a fork. Cut into thin slices. Cut salmon into pieces. Cut each slice of bread into 4 triangles. Arrange on a platter.
