Fettucine With Smoked Salmon

1 lb. fettucine
4 cups cream
1/2 stick butter
3/4 lb. smoked Salmon, sliced
1/4 cup minced fresh chives
Freshly ground pepper
Parsley sprigs

Combine cream and butter in medium saucepan and cook over medium-high heat until thick and glossy and reduced by half. Add Salmon, chives and pepper and cook stirring gently about 1 minute. Transfer fettucine to serving platter. Pour sauce over and toss. Garnish with parsley and serve.
