Baked Fish

Individual servings of Salmon, or white fish
Onion (or onion powder)
Garlic powder
Parsley
Thyme
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Margarine or butter


Seal individual servings of fish separately in foil. Before closing the foil, sprinkle the fish portion with garlic powder, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Squeeze about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice over each fish portion. Add a slice of onion and about a tablespoon of margarine per fish portion. Seal the foil in each fish portion. Place in an ovenproof dish; add about 1/2 inch water to bottom of pan. Cook at 350 F 20-30 minutes.
