Baked Salmon Fillets with Almond Crumb Crust

3 tb Bread crumbs
2 tb Finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tb Finely chopped almonds
1 ts Dried Italian seasoning
ds Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 Egg white
1 1/2 lb Salmon fillets, cut in six pieces

Preheat oven to 425F and spray a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Dredge fish in egg white, then into combined bread crumbs, parsley, almonds and seasonings. Bake 10-20 minutes until flakes with fork.
