Fish Chowder

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Salmon
5 slices bacon, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green peppers
2 cups diced potatoes
1 small package frozen mixed vegetables
2 1/2 cups water
2 chicken bouillon
1 cup cream corn
3 cups whole milk plus 1 bouillon cube
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dill
1 Tbsp. parsley


Flake Salmon. Reserve liquid. Saute bacon, onion, and green pepper, then add diced potatoes, package frozen vegetable mix, water, and 2 chicken bouillon cubes. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Add Salmon, liquid, corn, milk, bouillon cube, and seasonings. Heat but do not boil.
