Fish Chowder

1 can Salmon or 1 lb. fresh Snapper
2 chopped onions
1 cup tomatoes
1 tsp. mustard
Allspice
Bay leaf
Vinegar
Slice of lemon
Bacon drippings
Flour
Worcestershire sauce
1 medium size potato, cut in small pieces
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup rice


Heat bacon drippings, add flour and cook to a golden brown, stirring constantly.


Combine all ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat until all ingredients are cooked. Cover with water in desired amount.
