Layered Salmon Salad

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 cup milk

2 cups tomatoes, chopped
2 cups cucumber slices, halved
1 (15 oz.) can Red Salmon, drained & flaked
2 cups lettuce, shredded
2 cups cooked shell macaroni, drained
1/2 cup pitted black olives, halved

Combine dressing ingredients; chill. Combine tomatoes, cucumber and Salmon. In a 3 quart bowl, beginning at bottom, layer lettuce, macaroni, olives and the combined tomatoes-cucumber-Salmon. Top with dressing and toss before serving. Garnish with dill. Can be made ahead. Chill at least 1 hour.

Serves 6-8
