Salmon Loaf

1 cn (14-oz) red sock-eye salmon
1 1/2 c Mashed potato chips
1 sm Onion; chopped
3 tb Butter; melted
3 lg Eggs
3 tb Lemon juice
1/3 c Milk


Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl & stir until well blended. Pour into greased loaf pan about 11x5-inch size. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Great served with macaroni & cheese and peas & carrots.
