Salmon Patties

1 cn Salmon; drained and de-boned
1 Egg
Saltine crackers

Combine salmon and egg. Crush saltine crackers and add to salmon until you can make patties (like hamburgers) which will hold together. Fry over medium heat in about 1/4 inch of oil until medium brown. Drain. Some people like either ketchup or mustard with them.
