Salmon and Cream Cheese Dip

1 418 gram can salmon; drained (14.75 oz)
1 200 gram car creamery full fat soft cheese
4 tb Creme fraiche
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 ts Lemon juice
2 tb Freshly chopped parsely
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
To serve: vegetable crudites


Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Spoon into a serving dish, garnish with the parsley and serve with the crudites.
