Salmon Roulade

1 pk Smoked salmon; pre-cut
1 pk Soft cheese spread
1 pk Chives; snipped
1 pn Paprika
2 tb Lemon juice
Black pepper to season


Mix together the chives and soft cheese spread. Add a pinch of paprika and the lemon juice. Add the black pepper and give it all a good mix.

Overlap two pieces of smoked salmon and thickly spread with cheese filling. Roll up like a Swiss roll and cut into slices.
