Salmon Stuffed Tomatoes

20 md Cherry tomatoes
1/4 lb Smoked salmon; flaked
1 tb Finely chopped green onions
1/8 ts White pepper
2 tb Fresh lime juice
1 dr Hot pepper sauce

Cut thin slice from bottom of each tomato; scoop out seeds and pulp, leaving edges intact.

In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon filling into tomatoes, mounding slightly. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 20 appetizers.
