Artichokes with Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad

4 Artichokes; boiled
8 oz Orzo; or other tiny pasta
1/2 c Plain yogurt
1/2 c Low-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 c Chopped fresh dill
1 tb Mustard
4 oz Smoked salmon; flaked
Fresh dill for garnish

Cut artichokes in half, lengthwise. Remove center petals and fuzzy center. Cook orzo according to package instructions. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, dill and mustard. Add to cooked drained orzo and mix. Gently stir in smoked salmon. Fill center of prepared artichokes with pasta mixture. Garnish with springs of fresh dill.
