Chilly Salmon Salad

1 pk Gelatin, unflavored
1/2 c Water; cold
1/2 c Water; boiling
2 tb Lemon juice
7 3/4 oz Salmon; drained and flaked
1 ts Salt
Pepper; to taste
1 1/2 c Cottage cheese, small-curd
1/2 c Mayonnaise
3/4 c Celery salt
2 tb Chives; chopped
2 tb Pickle relish
Lettuce leaves

Soften gelatin in cold water; stir in boiling water and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves, mixing well. Pour into a lightly oiled 8-inch square pan; chill until firm. Cut into squares; serve on lettuce leaves.
