Salmon Loaf

1 can Salmon (include liquid)
3/4 cup crushed soda crackers
1 egg
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3 Tbsp. milk

Mix and bake at 375 for 35 to 45 minutes.
