Salmon Casserole

1/4 cup celery
1 small can Salmon
8 to 10 oz. Cheddar cheese
2 cups rice, cooked
1/4 cup onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup


Mix all ingredients together in 1 quart casserole dish. Put bread crumbs and cheese on top and bake at 350 F until golden brown.
