Salmon Loaf

1 lb. can Salmon
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 1/4 cups cracker crumbs, saltines
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 cup milk


Drain and flake Salmon. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 F uncovered.
