Salmon Loaf

1 (10 oz.) can Salmon, drained
1 cup cooked rice
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. onions
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 oz. grated cheese

Combine all and bake in pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
