Salmon Ball

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 large can Salmon, drain well & remove bones


Mix all ingredients well. Chill. Wet hands and form into ball. Roll in parsley or finely chopped pecans.
