Salmon Spread

1 lb. can Salmon, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke


Blend and shape into 2 balls. Chill. Roll in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and 3 teaspoons chopped parsley, mixed.
