Rice and Salmon Casserole

2 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 can mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 can of milk
1 can Salmon (drained and flaked)
1 cup frozen peas


Put in greased casserole in layers and top with grated American cheese or Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 or 30 minutes at 350 F.


Serves 6
