Salmon Loaf

1 cup diced onion
1 tall can milk
1 stick Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup cooked rice
1 can Salmon
2 cups grated cheese
Pepper


Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle some of grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
