Salmon Dip

1 can Salmon, drained
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. horseradish
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. dry parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together and serve with Ritz crackers or saltines.
