Salmon Patties

1 (15 oz.) can of Salmon
1 large egg
1/2 can creamed corn
6 or 8 crackers (make into crumbs)

Mix all together and drop by spoonfuls into deep fat or oil. Turn over when browned and fry until done. Goes well with the white sauce and peas recipe.
