Salmon Patties

1 (14 oz.) can Salmon
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 egg
Salt to taste


Remove bone and skin from Salmon. Mix in other ingredients. Drop batter with spoon into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
