Salmon Ball

large can Salmon (pink)
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 medium onion, chopped

Remove skin and bone from Salmon. Mix Salmon, cream cheese, and onion; form into a ball and chill. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
