Salmon Patties

1 lb. can Salmon
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. firmly grated onion
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients and form 5 or 6 patties. Dip in bread crumbs and fry in 3 tablespoons margarine.
