Salmon Patties

1 can Pink or Red Salmon
1 egg
Cracker crumbs (14 or 16) to consistency of making patties

Add 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice. Bake patties and fry in skillet to which has been added 2 or 3 tablespoon shortening. Put Salmon in bowl, add eggs, beat, vinegar and cracker crumbs, stir all together make patties.
