Salmon Croquettes

1 (9 1/4 oz.) Tuna, torn in pieces
1/4 tsp. sage, optional
1/2 cup milk, scant
1 egg
1 cup finely ground cracker crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix well. Make into cakes and fry in hot skillet with oil for frying.

Makes 9 nice patties
