Salmon Pate

3 scallions
8 oz. cream cheese
1 large can Red Salmon
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Mince scallions and combine with remaining items, mixing well. Refrigerate then roll in parsley and nuts or put in a crock. Serve with crackers.
