Salmon-Horseradish Dip

1/2 c Sour cream
1/3 c Mayonnaise or Salad dressing
1 ts Salt substitute, seasoned
1 ts Horseradish, prepared
1/4 ts Garlic powder
6 1/2 oz Salmon, canned, skinless, boneless; drain flake
Small red cabbage (bowl)
Vegetable Dippers

Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, salt substitute, horseradish and garlic powder in small bowl. Mix well. Stir into sour cream mixture. Cover and chill two hours. Hollow out the center of cabbage (or a large red bell pepper). Original recipe makes 1 1/2 cups, or 24 1Tbl servings.
