Tandoori Salmon 1 tb Olive oil
1 Garlic clove(s) finely chopped
6 8oz salmon steaks about 1 1/4" thick
1 tb Garam masala
In a bowl, combine the olive oil and garlic. Rub the mixture all over
the salmon. Sprinkle with garam masala and season lightly with salt.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
Light a grill or preheat the broiler. Grill or broil salmon steaks,
turning once, for about 4 minutes per side, or until nicely charred
and just cooked through.
Transfer each salmon steak to a warmed plate and remove the central
bone with a fork.
