Salmon Croquettes

16 oz. can Salmon
1 egg or egg substitute
1/3 cup minced onions
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder


Drain Salmon except for 2 tablespoons; set aside. Mix egg, Salmon and onions. Then stir in flour. Add baking powder to Salmon juice. Mix all together and make into patties. Fry in hot oil.
