Salmon Patties

1 can Pink Salmon
1 package crushed crackers
2 eggs
Garlic salt
2-3 heaping Tbsp. mustard


In mixing bowl, combine Salmon, crackers, eggs, garlic salt and mustard. Mix well. Form into patties. Fry in 1/2 to 1 inch of oil until brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot.
