Salmon Casserole

1 can Pink Salmon, cleaned
3/4 cup cream of celery soup
1 onion, chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste
1 egg
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 slices white bread (break into small pieces)

Mix everything together and bake in covered casserole for 1 hour at 325 F.

Serves 6
