Salmon Spread

3 cups cooked rice
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Salmon, drained
10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
2 carrots, diced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup Italian dressing

Mix ingredients and marinate overnight. Garnish with green pepper rings and tomatoes.
