Salmon Patties

1 tall can (15 1/2 oz.) of Salmon, flaked
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup fine cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well, form into patties and fry 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown on each side. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion or 1/4 cup pickle relish may be added for variety.
