Salmon Ball

2 cups Salmon (1 lb. can)
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish


Mix all ingredients together. Let set in refrigerator for 3 hours. Remove and roll into a ball. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers.
