Salmon Patties

1 can Salmon
1 beaten egg
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 Tbsp. flour


Drain Salmon; save 2 tablespoons liquid. Mix Salmon, egg and onion well. Combine liquid and baking soda; add to mixture. Add flour and stir well. Shape into patties and fry in hot oil on both sides.
