Salmon Ball


7 3/4 oz. Salmon, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix together well. Shape in ball. Roll in 2 1/2 ounce toasted sliced almonds. Chill. Serve with crackers, rye crisp, etc.
