Salmon Patties

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Salmon
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Remove Salmon bones if desired and break up fish with a fork. Add all remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly. Make into pattie and bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
