Salmon Loaf

2 cups Salmon, flaked
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper


Put all in bowl and mix thoroughly. Shape in loaf. Pour water over loaf. Bake 35 minutes in moderate oven. Tuna, Swordfish, or Halibut may be used.
