Salmon Loaf

1 cup cooked, flaked Salmon
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. shortening
2 eggs, separated
1 cup scalded milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion juice
1 tsp. lemon juice


Combine all ingredients, except egg whites; fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Place in greased pan. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
