Salmon Loaf

1 (16 oz.) can Salmon, drained
2 cups soft bread crumbs, 2 1/2 slices
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 slightly beaten egg


Mix all ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.


Makes 3 or 4 servings
