Salmon Loaf

1 1/2 cups milk
2 slices bread
4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 can Salmon


Place milk in top of double boiler. Break in bread. Add butter, cook until creamy. Beat eggs, add drained Salmon and salt. Mix with milk mixture. Place in greased baking dish. Bake at 350-375 F for 20-25 minutes.
